√ Product Description:

The vitrification kit consists of Equilibration Solution (ES) and Vitrification Solution (VS) and is a HEPES-buffered solution containing human serum albumin andgentamicin sulfate. Equilibration Solution (ES) contains ethylene glycol and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as cryoprotectants. Cryoprotectant Solution (VS) contains ethylene glycol, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), and Trehalose as cryoprotectants. The vitrification cryopreservation kit is used after reaching 25℃.

√ Scope ofApplication:

Intended for vitrification cryopreservation of human oocytes, pronuclear-stage embryos, cleavage-stage embryos, and blastocysts .

√ Instructions for Use:

All cryopreservation steps must be performed at room temperature (25±2℃). If biopsying a blastocyst prior to vitrification, puncture should be performed at the pole farthest from the inner cell mass.

- Pipette 50 IJLof ES into a culture dish:

- Transfer the oocyte/embryo into ES and observe carefully. The oocyte/embryo will dehydrate and shrink, then gradually rehydrate to its original size. Equilibration typically takes 6-15 minutes.

- Before the oocyte/embryo is fully equilibrated, pipette 50 IJLof VS into the culture dish and keep it ready.

- Transfer the fully equilibrated oocyte/embryo from ES to the VS droplet, minimizing carryover of ES and repeatedly washing the pipette with VS. Use the pipette to thoroughly rinse the oocyte/embryo in VS and transfer it to the bottom of the VS droplet. Allow it to sit for 30 seconds.

- Quickly transfer the oocyte/embryo to fresh VS.

- After 30 seconds in fresh VS, rapidly transfer the oocyte/embryo onto the cryopreservation carrier, removing excess VS around the oocyte/embryo. Seal the carrier and immediately plunge it into liquid nitrogen.

- Ensure that the contact time of the oocyte/embryo with VS does not exceed 90 seconds.
